The Grad Ball will be held at Nottingham Trent Students Union on Shakespeare Street. Doors will open at 8pm and the event will finish at 2am. You are encouraged to arrive by 9:30pm to take advantage of the free drinks reception.

Tickets go on sale at Midday on Friday 10th April – you are encourage to buy your ticket as soon as possible, as previous Grad Balls have sold out very quickly!

The Grad Ball is open to all recent graduates and those due to graduate from Nottingham Trent University in 2026. All other current NTU students can also attend, although graduating students have priority.

Yes! NTU students and graduates can bring up to 2 guests. Each must have their own ticket and you must arrive together to ensure smooth entry into the event.

The Grad Ball is a formal event – think black tie, suits and evening dresses.

And don’t worry! If you get tired of dancing in your heels, there will be some EXCLUSIVE Trent Events sliders to purchase at the box office 👀

There is a free drinks reception on arrival before 9:30pm, plus fully stocked bars all night with special Grad Ball drinks deals! 

All guests will receive a free sweet treat on entry.

LWOT Priority access is the only guaranteed way to secure tickets for the final week of Term! 

This gets you your Gradball 2026 ticket, as well as priority access to secure LWOT Tickets before anyone else!

You will receive priority access to book tickets to the final event for each of the following:

• Dirty Mondays
• Stealth Tuesdays
• Ocean Wednesdays
• Tuned Thursdays
• LDOT

After purchasing your Gradball + Priority Access ticket, you will be sent a unique code on Friday 17th April that provides access to book onto your events.
