The Grad Ball will be held at Nottingham Trent Students Union on Shakespeare Street. Doors will open at 8pm and the event will finish at 2am. You are encouraged to arrive by 9:30pm to take advantage of the free drinks reception.

Tickets go on sale at Midday on Friday 29th March – you are encourage to buy your ticket as soon as possible, as previous Grad Balls have sold out very quickly!
The Grad Ball is open to all recent graduates and those due to graduate from Nottingham Trent University in 2024. All other current NTU students can also attend, although graduating students have priority.
Yes! NTU students and graduates can bring up to 2 guests. Each must have their own ticket and you must arrive together to ensure smooth entry into the event.
The Grad Ball is a formal event – think black tie, suits and evening dresses.
There is a free drinks reception on arrival before 9:30pm, plus fully stocked bars all night with special Grad Ball drinks deals!
All guests will receive a free sweet treat on entry.
LWOT Priority access is the only guaranteed way to secure tickets for the final week of Term!
This gets you your Gradball 2024 ticket, as well as priority access to secure LWOT Tickets before anyone else!

After purchasing your Gradball + Priority Access ticket, you will be sent a unique code on Friday 12th April that provides access to book onto your events.
